Harry Potter star Emma Watson has been named the best-dressed woman in the world. The 21-year-old has managed to knock Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole off the top spot. Cole, 27, who came number one in last year’s list, is now in second place, while Twilight actress Kristen Stewart, 21, came third in Glamour magazine’s chart. A surprise new entry at 21 is Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s daughter, Suri, five, for having the ‘most covetable wardrobe in Hollywood’. Prime Minister David Cameron’s wife Samantha managed to feature on the list in 19th place. Glamour model Katie Price was named the worst dressed, closely followed by pop superstar Lady Gaga.
