Denise Richards has offered to take care of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s young twins with estranged wife Brooke Mueller.The 40-year-old actress, who divorced the troubled star in 2006, has volunteered to look after the twins whose parents are embroiled in a custody battle, reported Daily Star online. Sheen is currently touring the US with his one-man comedy show, Mueller is reportedly in rehab and the 2-year-old Bob and Max are with Mueller’s parents.”We’re not in the best place right now but I do still communicate with him. I offered to help. I wasn’t asking for custody or anything like that. I put it out several times over the last couple of years that if they need help, I’m here. I would love the boys to stay and be with the girls,” said Richards.The actress has two daughters with Sheen and despite an acrimonious divorce the couple have stayed close for the sake of their daughters, Sam, seven and Lola, five.The former fashion model also said that she hates Sheen’s bizzare behavior, especially his expletive ridden rants against her. “For me, it’s very sad to see him on this path. I’ve heard he’s chosen to use me as part of his tour and that’s hurtful. But that’s his choice. He can do what he wants in his show. This is his lifestyle, and I’ve accepted it,” added Richards.
