rince William and Kate Middleton have appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for their first public kiss. The royal couple, now to be known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, appeared on the balcony along with William and Kate’s family members. Kate, 28, appeared to say ‘wow’ as she walked out onto the balcony and was greeted by the massive crowds outside the gates. Just minutes before the crowd had been allowed to surge forward in front of the palace so they could all get a good view. Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael, were also on the balcony with Kate’s sister Pippa and her brother James along with Prince William’s family and their bridesmaids and page boys. William looked like he was blushing as he had his first public kiss with his new bride in front of the millions of well-wishers. The royal family and Kate’s family then filed indoors for the reception leaving the happy couple to wave to the crowds on their own for a few moments before they also went inside.
